| Properties and Applications | brown light grey. Black powder. Soluble in 2 – Chlorophenol, slightly soluble in Chloroform and Pyridine , not soluble in Acetone, Etanol, Toluene and Xylene. In concentrated sulfuric acid for red, dilution after flocculent olive green precipitation. Alkaline reduction leuco for red brown; Acid reduction leuco for yellow brown. Mainly used in cotton fiber dyeing, suitable for suspension pad dyeing, also used for cotton yarn of the jig dyeing cotton and the impregnation, rarely used for printing. Can with other VAT dye spell dyed noise. Dyeing silk, affinity and levelness were good, also used for Fiber/cotton blended fabric dyeing.
