Reactive Yellow 4 Usage And Synthesis

Preparation
Chemical PropertiesDark yellow powder. Solubility in water (50℃) is 40g/L. The aqueous solution is yellow, add 1mol/L sodium hydroxide to turn orange, then add insurance powder and warm to colorless, then add sodium perborate to return to the original color. Deep red in concentrated sulfuric acid, brown-yellow precipitate after dilution; purplish red in concentrated nitric acid, brown-yellow precipitate after dilution. Resistant to alkaline hydrolysis, not resistant to acid hydrolysis. Reactive Yellow 4, also called Reactive Yellow X-RG, is a homotriazine reactive dye. It can fix color at low temperature and is suitable for cold dyes. High reactivity, can be in 20 ~ 40 ℃ alkaline medium solid color fiber, alkaline hydrolysis resistance, not acid hydrolysis resistance. Mainly used for cotton, silk, nylon fiber and viscose, wool fiber dyeing and can be bleached. It can be coated and dyed with ice dye printing.

High reactivity, can be in 20 to 40 ℃ in alkaline medium solid color of the fibers, alkaline hydrolysis, not resistant to acid hydrolysis. Mainly used for cotton, silk, polyamide fiber and viscose, wool fiber dyeing and can be white. Can render cloth dyed ice dye printing.
