Suitable for automobile aluminum wheel hub, steel ring

Spraying method:

High voltage electrostatic sprayin 60-80KV

Application parameters:

Curing time

180℃~200℃X 10~15 mins

Recommended film thickness:

60-150 um

COATING PROPERTIES

The above tests all use 0.8mm pure aluminum plate with a fim thickness of 60 ~ 80um. The performance index of the film will change slightly with the difference of luster.

This product does not contain arsenic, selenium, lead, hexavalent chromium, mercury, antimony, cadmium and other heavy metals, and meets RoHS requirements.
