Virgin Flat Matte Clear Coat Powder Coat Paint.  This is a 0% Gloss TGIC Polyester that lays super smooth and gives you that smooth, flat finish with the extra durability.

This is a great clear for dormant/illusion colors and to give you a flat/anodized finish. Comparable to casper clear.
