New flame retardants STD-FR PVC ST

STD-FR PVC ST series is a new type of flame retardant compounded with activated environmentally friendly flame retardant and environmentally friendly antimony trioxide. It is white powder and has excellent flame retardant effect when used in PVC. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, fine particle size and good dispersibility.

Product features

Excellent flame retardant effect. Adding 3-6 parts to PVC can reach UL94-V0 (2mm);

Reduce the generation of molten droplets during combustion;

whiteness can reach the whiteness of antimony trioxide ≥95%;

Meet environmental protection requirements.

Widely used in PVC cables, wire materials, PVC coatings, PVC artificial leather, etc.

Differences between PVC-ST3/PVC-ST4/PVC-ST6:

Addition amount: 3 parts of PVC-ST3. 4 parts of PVC-ST4. and 6 parts of PVC-ST6 can reach UL94-V0 (2mm) in PVC;

Price: PVC-ST6 is better than PVC-ST4 and PVC-ST3. but both are much lower than the price of antimony trioxide.

These product does contain antimony ingredients inside.
