Anti-drip agent MT-FD3150

MT-FD3150 is a coated modified polytetrafluoroethylene powder. When added to the formula of thermoplastics, it plays a role in flame retardancy and anti-dripping, helping the product to obtain a higher flame retardant grade. In special applications, it can also improve the product’s tracking index (CTI value). Compared with pure PTFE, it has excellent dispersibility and operability, no agglomeration at room temperature, easy storage, no crystal points on the surface of the product, and high surface finish.

Application:

– Suitable for many thermoplastics and plastic alloys including PBT ABS PC PC/ABS HIPS PA. The detailed applications are as follows:

-PBT (0.2~1%), improve the flame retardant grade of the product, improve the tracking index (CTI) of the product

-ABS (0.1~0.2%), reduce the amount of bromine and antimony in the flame retardant system, and improve the impact strength.

-PC (0.1~0.8%), prevent dripping, improve the flame retardant grade

-PC/ABS (0.2~0.3%), and BDP RDP compounding, prevent dripping, improve flame retardant grade

-HIPS (0.2~0.3%), prevent dripping, improve flame retardant grade

-PA (0.2~0.3%), prevent dripping, improve flame retardant grade

-PE PP (0.2~0.5%), prevent dripping, improve flame retardant grade
