Fluoropolymer MT-PPA 2800S

MT-PPA 2800S is mainly used in polyolefin and engineering plastics products. This product is used to improve the processing performace of polyolefin and engineering plastics at a very low addition amount (50-1000ppm), and will not affect the physical properties of the resin itself, nor the bonding, printing and heat sealing properties of the product. Applicable to polyolefins PE, PP, PC, PMMA and ABS, etc.

Product functions:

• Eliminate melt fracture, improve surface finish and transparency of products
• Reduce or eliminate die head precipitates, extend continuous production time
• Increase the proportion of LLDPE in the formula, reduce costs, and improve quality
• Increase the production capacity of the equipment while maintaining the original back pressure
• Improve the compatibility of color powder and resin, increase the carbon black load in black masterbatch and the brightness of masterbatch
