Fluoropolymer MT-PPA2100

MT-PPA2100 polymer processing aid is a free-flowing white powder containing 97% active ingredients. This product is used to improve the processing performance of polyolefins at a very low addition amount (50-800ppm), and will not affect the physical properties of the resin itself, nor will it affect the bonding, printing and heat sealing properties of the product.

Applicable to polyolefin resins such as mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, EVA, etc.

Application:

Agricultural film, cable, wire drawing, etc.

Product function:

• Eliminate melt fracture, improve surface finish and brightness of products
• Reduce the number of film crystal points/fish eyes
• Reduce or eliminate die head precipitates, extend continuous production time
• Increase the proportion of LLDPE in the formula, reduce costs, and improve quality
• Maintain the original back pressure and increase the production capacity of the equipment
