Instructions for use
When using this product, you should read the product manual in detail and use it under the guidance of professionals. The cleaning methods can be hot immersion, ultrasonic cleaning, manual wiping, etc.When using, the concentration of the cleaning solution should be adjusted according to the severity of the oil stain. Generally, the original solution is diluted 20 times to make a cleaning solution with a concentration of 5%. The concentration of the cleaning agent should be relatively higher when manually wiping.It can be used at room temperature, but it should be cleaned at a temperature of 55-80℃When using the hot immersion method, heat the prepared 5%-10% cleaning solution to 55-80℃, clean for 5-15 minutes (shake the workpiece appropriately during cleaning for better cleaning effect), rinse with pure water/tap water and dry.Ultrasonic cleaning can achieve better cleaning results. Heat the cleaning solution to 55-65℃, clean for 3-10 minutes, rinse with pure water/tap water and dry.When the oil pollution is particularly heavy or encounters high-melting-point lipids, some of the sludge should be shoveled away manually or mechanically before cleaning with the cleaning agent.
Precautions
Adjust the concentration of the cleaning solution according to the severity of the oil pollution, and rinse the workpiece thoroughly after cleaning.Remove the floating oil on the surface of the tank liquid in time to avoid secondary pollution.The cleaning workpieces must not overlap each other. 1% to 3% of the cleaning agent should be added regularly every day. If the cleaning capacity cannot reach the original level after replenishment, it can be discarded and replaced with new liquid.Do not let this product come into contact with the eyes. If it splashes into the eyes accidentally, you can lift the eyelids and rinse with running water or saline; do not swallow this product. If you accidentally swallow it, do not induce vomiting, keep resting, and seek medical care in time. To prevent excessive skin degreasing, please wear chemical-resistant gloves during operation.
Wastewater treatment
It has no impact on the environment. The cleaned wastewater can be directly discharged into industrial pipelines after treatment.
