Product Description

This product is a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid. It is a new type of water-based vapor phase rust preventive used to replace anti-rust oil and grease. It can form a transparent semi-dry or dry anti-rust film and still has good anti-rust performance at a high dilution ratio. At the same time, we have added STD vapor phase corrosion inhibitor. When STD molecules evaporate into a confined space, they will form a protective barrier on the metal surface, thereby better protecting the metal.

Packaging and storage

20L/200L barrels are sealed and stored in a cool, dry, clean and ventilated warehouse at room temperature (shelf life 12 months).

Usage and method

1. Mainly used for precision parts, compressors, engines, cylinders, turbines, cylindrical structures, steam condensation pipes, boilers, cooling systems and heat exchangers. Especially suitable for rust protection during long-term shutdown of parts and equipment during transportation and storage.

2. Spraying, brushing, soaking and other methods are all acceptable.

3. Drying temperature: 60-80℃, dry until there are no water droplets.

4. It is recommended to pre-cool to room temperature and store in a closed environment after drying.
