MT-FW4200PTFE wear-resistant agent is made of 100% pure polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and is a white powder with free-flowing properties.
– Mainly used in printing inks to improve friction resistance, surface smoothness and glossiness, and can also reduce blocking. Its advantages are good dispersibility, no condensation into blocks, and easy dispersion in solid and liquid matrices. Therefore, it can be used in coating systems to effectively improve non-stickiness, reduce friction, improve wear resistance, improve corrosion resistance and reduce wetting. The usual addition ratio is 5~20%.
