Physical Properties– Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid<br>- Composition: UV-curable coating composed of high-purity special nanomaterials, UV resin, reactive monomers, and additives<br>- Solid Content (N.V%): 50±2%<br>- Viscosity (25°C, cps): 15±10<br>- Hardness: 2-3H
Usage Recommendations– Solvent: Methyl ethyl ketone: 2.5 kg, Toluene: 12 kg<br>- Add organic microbeads as needed and stir for over 20 minutes<br>- Add HOP-541: 20 kg and stir for over 20 minutes before use
Storage Conditions– Store in a light-proof environment at 20-30°C.
Scope of ApplicationSuitable for frosted back coating processing of prism films used in large-size TFT-LCD backlight modules. Offers good compatibility with organic microbeads, adjustable frosted effects, uniform coating, low surface resistance, and surface hardness of 2-3H for excellent scratch resistance and anti-blocking performance.
Usage Method– Gently shake the coating before use to ensure uniformity, avoiding rapid stirring that may introduce air bubbles.<br>- Select drying and curing conditions based on the company’s equipment and coating conditions.<br>- UV irradiation energy: 150-250 mJ/cm²<br>- Dilute with a mixture of methyl ethyl ketone and toluene to achieve the appropriate machine concentration, ensuring dry resin content of 3-5 g/m²
Precautions– Wear gloves when using this product.<br>- Avoid contact of certain monomers with skin (or eyes) to prevent redness and swelling. If contact occurs, wash immediately.<br>- Unopened products should be stored in a light-proof environment at room temperature (30°C), avoiding direct sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
